Where are you right now? Describe your surroundings. What do you see? What do you hear? What can you smell?

I am currently at my studio. Just stepped in to prepare this amazing mix for Harmattan Rain ‘House Rules’. I can hear cars passing by because this is a busy neighbourhood, and the studio smells like peach because of the air freshener I got not long ago.

If you could name this mix, what would you call it?

Afro Juice Mix.

What do you imagine people doing as they listen to this mix?

I picture people relaxing to my mix, I see a couple slow whining to this, basically doing anything. That’s why I’d call it the Afro Juice mix, perfect blend for any mood.

You’re food at a wedding party. What TYPE OF food are you and why?

Grilled Fish with some rice, vegetables and some sauce. This works fine for me because I’m working out so I like to eat little, but healthy.

Describe yourselves with a line from a song.

”You better lose yourself in the music, the moment, you own it, you better never let it go”
Eminem – ‘Lose Yourself’
That’s like the theme song to my life.

If you could only choose one song to play every time you walked into a room for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Any of my own songs from my catalogue. But preferably ‘Don’t Let Me Go’ Feat. $pacely and ‘Dani Draco

You wake UP in the last movie you watched, as one of the characters. What movie is it, and whICH character are you?

‘ Greyhound’ – Tom Hanks as Commander Ernest Krause

You meet 3 millionaires and they want to have a party. Who are they, and what are you playing them first?

Drake, Femi Otedola and Kwame Despite. ‘Say Wassup’, ‘Otedola’ GH Remix and ‘Inna Song’

Describe 2020 AS an album. And why.

If 2020 were an album, it would be ‘Kpanlogo’ by Darkovibes. This is my favourite album released this year and I feel like it has a perfect blend of songs to represent a Ghanaian artist. This album also shows the growth in Darkovibes’ music from where he started, to where he is now. On this album you have songs to fit different moods, like the ‘Sister Cee’ song, which he dedicates to his late Mother. I lost my favourite Uncle this year, which also makes it an emotional one for me, aside the things happening around the world. Life in 2020 has literally been down but from this, even greater things will emerge.

In the next few years, DredW envisions himself producing ground-breaking songs, DJing and touring around the world. Follow his journey.
